You can view our uptime statistics to verify if this service will suit your needs. We have no service guarantee, we offer the precious metals price feed on a "best effort" basis.

What spot prices are available?

We provide prices (per gram or ounce) for Gold, Silver, Platinum and Palladium in the following national currencies:

How will I know when I run low on hits?

You can view your remaining hits and set an email alert at your status page.

I just bought more credit to top-up but it is not added to my subscription...

Please check your Paypal email address. If you paid with a different address than before, you will receive a new password for the new credit. Top-up only works if you pay from the same Paypal account email.

Why are the prices on precious metals price feed staying the same (...for 2 days)?

The markets are closed on weekends and public holidays, the Gold and Silver price will stay the same till the market opens again and the XML & JSON files will not update. A Google search will show you the market trading hours.

What times are the markets closed so I can stop downloading the precious metals feed?

Use the system status links to check if prices are updating.

What time is reported on the price feed files?

The time on the price XML & JSON files is the New York time for each update.
